Fatal Error – NPS_Survey

    My website goes down whenever I activate Spectra after the updated plugin. The error code shows:

    Fatal error: Cannot declare class Nps_Survey, because the name is already in use in /home/syazanazura.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-addons-for-gutenberg/lib/nps-survey/classes/nps-survey-script.php on line 12

    Whenever I deactivate the plugin, the website shows up again.

    Not sure how to go about and fixing this.

    This issue occurs when we use older version of Starter Templates plugin with Spectra. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Starter Templates.

    cannot access to deactivate or update plugins
