    When activating I get this error

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare maybe_create_table() (previously declared in ~/wordpress/wp-admin/install-helper.php:52) in ~/wordpress/wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php on line 2286
