Thanks for your prompt response, I tried deleting and reinstalling but got the same error. Those are all the error details I have – when I try to activate the plugin from the Dashboard I get the “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error” message at the top of the Plugins page.

Add define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); in wp-config.php file by ftp or file manager.
Then activate plugin again and send wp-content/debug.log file to [email protected]
Thanks Arshid, I added the debug line to wp-config.php and tried to activate the plugin but sadly no debug.log file was generated. I also tried
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
but still no log file.

Give permission 777 for wp-content folder.

Copy paste complete fatal error message.
Or send credentials to [email protected]
wp-content permission was 755, I’ve changed it to 777 but still no log file unfortunately.
