    Hi Steve. We are very interested in getting to the bottom of this since this is the second similar issue. The previous user turned out not to be resolved as well.

    Can you send me an email ([email protected]) with the following info:

    1. Host Service Provider
    2. WP Version
    3. Theme & theme version
    4. Plugins installed
