Fatal error on activation

When I try to activate the plugin – localhost version of WP – I receive this error:

Parse error: parse error in C:\wamp\www\reted\wp-content\plugins\simple-content-construction-kit\wp-simple-cck-settings.php on line 848

and plugin is automatically disabled.

Good idea, but need some fix.
