Could not activate the plugin and was given the following message:

“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”

This was on an up to date multi-site installation. We have multiple stores set up for different parts of the world. This was so be installed on the North America store which is operated from a reseller in Canada. There are minimal other plugins active so I’m guessing the conflict is with multi-site. Would I get the same problem with your pro plugin too?

    Hi @elhashbrown

Thanks for reaching out and sorry you’re having issues.

The pro plugin will likely have the same issue so I need some time to figure out what’s going on.

It’s 6:30 AM here and my day today is crazy, but I’ll try and get to troubleshooting the problem as soon as I can.

    Hi @elhasbrown

Ok I finally had some time to sit down and look at this. Turns out the way I was checking if WooCommerce was active/installed was not the best way. In the case of a multisite install things just didn’t work.

I think I’ve got a version that will work (I’ve tested locally) but would like to share with you as well before releasing a fix to the general public. Can you try the version linked below and let me know how it goes for you?

That activated and seems to be working fine now. I haven’t got the APIs to run it yet but can’t see any problems.

Many thanks for the fast response.
