    Hi there. Was previously using this plugin no problem. No longer able to activate. Can you assist?

    Hi @monalicia, I tried replicating the issue with the information you shared, but the plugin activated successfully on my side. Could you provide more details or screenshots of the error you’re seeing when trying to activate it?

    Hi, thanks for your response. Not much more I can provide – I click activate and it just loads a message at the top of the plugins screen to say ‘Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.’ That’s all it does.

    Hi, I have more info. Have replaced the site url with the word redacted for privacy but hopefully it’s still useful. This is the log from activation that caused the can’t activate due to fatal error message:
