    Hi,

I prepared a new, separate (not set by the plugin) checkout form page, which I am going to use for special offers and there is a following fatal error displaying on the preview:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function pmpro_recaptcha_get_html()

I am not going to publish it as I am afraid it will break my site.

Interesstingly, there is one checkout form with no errors at all already in place: https://moderncavegirl.pl/konto-czlonkowskie/zamowienie-czlonkostwa/

What can cause this issue and how to get rid of it?

Many thanks in advance for help!

    Paulina

  • Hey Paulina,

Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

I’m sorry to hear about this. The PMPro 3.0 release should fix this. That update will include a lot of other enhancements and fixes. If you’d like to manually patch your version 2.10.3 instead, you can make the change to these files: https://github.com/strangerstudios/paid-memberships-pro/pull/2112/files

Let us know if you are still having issues after patching.

    Hi Paulina,

Just to briefly touch on this, it is often caused by a custom checkout page template that is provided by a theme or plugin.

Please can you provide me with your Site Health Information. To retrieve this information, please navigate to Tools > Site Health > Select the info option at the top of the screen > Copy Information to Clipboard and include this in your next reply.
