found a bug. Whenever I use double slash to comment out certain lines of code I get a fatal error. Please fix.

This is strange. Comment with double slash should work. I tested it and all works fine, without a fatal error. Please see the following screenshot:

indeed, on my new website (hosted on the a brand new server with all other projects) it works as a charm; odd. Must have been a conflict with other things. Either way … solved I suppose 🙂
