Fatal error on install

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_wp_error() in /home/www/careffects/catalog/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1320
    went to install the program and got the error I just downloaded the software

    are you installing this on your local windows box?

    It’s not resolved.

    Perhaps there is another common denominator.

    It seems the file /home/www/careffects/catalog/wp-includes/functions.php is corrupted. You should reinstall file to same location. After installation you should verify that file size on your computer and web server is the same.
