    Hi, I’m trying to import from Substack. I’m working in a WAMP sandbox so that I don’t mess up my production site. Using the WordPress Importer and Substack Importer plugins, I get this error:

    ( ! ) Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: DateTimeZone::__construct(): Unknown or bad timezone (UTC ) in C:\wamp64\www\alison-redux\wp-content\plugins\substack-importer\vendor\automattic\wxr-generator\lib\class-generator.php on line 353
