Fatal error on Logs page on WP 5.2 and earlier

Thanks for this plugin. Scan was very helpful to make sure nothing was infected on a clients website.

One problem though: The Logs page throws a PHP fatal error on WordPress 5.2 and earlier and thus shows an empty admin screen (tested with plugin versions 6.2 and 6.3).

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wp_timezone_string() in (..)/wp-content/plugins/wp-malware-removal/wpmr.php:1376

The function wp_timezone_string() was introduced in WordPress 5.3 so for older WordPress installs the logs page doesn’t work at the moment.
