Fatal error on upgrade

After update to 3.4.10: PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'AKK_FRAMEWORK/lib/formating.php' (include_path='.') in {mypath}\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\capability-manager-enhanced\framework\init.php on line 69

It seems init.php is loaded before loader.php, so the constant is not defined.

PHP 5.4.16, IIS7, capsman.php plugin is in use.
