Same problem for me, WP does not load at all with this update. By chance I had a copy of the previous one, I just deleted the directory by FTP and uploaded the “old” release. And the site is back!

Frankly guys from Icegram, this isn’t serious… And I still have no reply to my support request: Images are “sometimes” attached in the new posts notifications, “sometimes” not. I understand that we are using a FREE script, but… At least this bug on the new release that makes the website down is really bad 🙁

We have released a fixed version 3.4.1 which will fix the issue that you are facing.
Kindly update plugin to version 3.4.1 (if you have downgraded to lower plugin version) or download a latest version from ww.wp.xz.cn, install & activate on your site.
Let us know your views on the same.

Delete the extension directory in the “plugin” folder on the website, WP should load normally. Then re-upload the “old” release, I can send you the 3.3.5, last stable one), you won’t lose any data and all will work.

You don’t have to upload ‘old’ version of plugin as we have fixed this issue in latest release 3.4.1.
Kindly do not advise other people to downgrade plugin to a lower version.
Dear Icegram, on my website 3.4.1 generates a white screen on all pages. I do not advise anybody for whom your 3.4.1 is working, to downgrade, but I say that if it does not work for them, they can downgrade. At least if they do not like white pages, like me…
By the way, I do understand that your plugin is free, but in my very humble opinion, publishing an update that makes the site crash is not very good… I manage a team of coders (unfortunately not in php but on some other platforms), believe me, a guy that puts online a script that makes the environment crash, is good to look for another job.
On my side I will stay in 3.3.5 until I find a substitution; if I don’t find anything, well, maybe your 3.4.2 will solve the case for me 🙂

Hi William,
If you can access the files for your website (through FTP or your cpanel), go to the wp-content/plugins folder and remove the email subscriber folder (I put mine into a folder I created in the plugins folder). I followed your instructions but it did´t work ;(
I accessed my cpanel and went to the wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-album-plus folder. I created a new folder inside called “remove folder”, and i remove the file “wppa-utils.php” inside it.
Now, when I want to access my login page, i get the following message:
