Did you try with other plugins disabled and then with this plugin disabled?
When does it occur? Which actions trigger this error?
How many posts do you have on your site?
Please also tell your PHP version and the PHP memory limit. You find them under Tools -> Site Health -> Info -> Server

It seems that your posts are very large. I will check tomorrow if we can reduce the memory usage. (You will see it in the changelog when the new release is out.)
If you need to fix it sooner, you can return to an earlier version. Download it here or use the plugin WP Rollback to “roll back” Redirect URL to Post on the Plugins page.
