Fatal error triggered while activating the plugin

    Hello,

    I installed this plugin from wordpress repository but as soon as I click on Activate button on plugin page, it throws this weird fatal error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /wp-content/plugins/fancy-user-listing/fancy-user-list.php on line 446

    I have disabled all other plugins on this website before activating this plugin to see if this is being caused due to conflict with other plugins but no success.

    Your help is much appreciated.
