    Hello,

    I’ve received an email regarding a Fatal Error on my website. What does this mean and how can I rectify this? Any guidance would be helpful. Thank you.

    WordPress version 5.4.12

    Current theme: GeneratePress (version 2.4.2)

    Current plugin: WP Google Maps (version 8.0.25)

    PHP version 8.1.30

    Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time.

    It error appears to indicate that our Gutenberg module cannot be loaded, that might mean that you would need to reinstall the version you have to ensure that all files are present to be loaded.

    With that said, it should be noted that you are currently using version 8.0.25 (Released in 2020) while our current version is 9.0.44 – Which means your experience will be unreliable as this version is quite old and does not include any of the latest stability/security improvements.

    Similarly, you mentioned you are using WordPress 5.4.12 (Released in 2020), where the latest WordPress version is 6.7.1 – Is there a specific reason you are using outdated version of WordPress?

    We’d highly recommend updating both WordPress and our plugin to the latest versions, not only for stability/reliability but also for the security of your website.
