    Good morning, I recently purchased the CleanTalk service for my sites. Maybe there is some problem with the plugin because on all sites, before authenticating at the back end I receive an error: Fatal Error: Uncaught error …… Can you help me? Thank you. Richard

    I try to remove plugin and reinstall it. Then update to 2.143 version.

    I solved almost everyone site, but one of these continues to give problems: in the settings section it doesn’t seem to take the key and appears

    Please manually insert the access key in the plugin and save the settings. You can find your access keys in the Security Dashboard:

    Hello,

    We’ve fixed this issue. Could you please recheck this issue

    We also found out that your server has the allow_furl_open option disabled or the fsockopen function commented out. Because of this, our plugin was unable to function properly.

    If possible, please enable this option.
