Also, two more your plugins

Hi @obtaindev, sorry to hear about this. Since you have an active license and for us to help you better, please open a Support Ticket on our Help Desk. It would also be great if you could copy and paste your System Information on the helpdesk ticket as well. We would like to investigate further of this issue.
We look forward to helping you out with this one.

Hello Abz,
This issue with FREE version so please fix this bug.
Hi @obtaindev, I would need more information to replicate the issue here. Could you provide me with the direct link to your website? Moreover, what theme are you using and its version?
I also suspect it could be PHP Version, are you currently using PHP8?
I’d be glad to help you out in this thread.
Best,
Abz
I´m having the same error in the same line
Tribe/Views/V2/iCalendar/Links/Google_Calendar.php:145
Hi @tumateix, sorry to hear about this. I’d like to investigate more, could you provide me with a direct URL to your website?
Also, it seems like you created another ticket here — https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/the-events-calendar-version-5-16-4-giving-error/. For us to follow WordPress guidelines about related threads I’d be closing the new ticket and I’d be helping you out in this thread.
Looking forward to helping you further with this one.
Best,
Abz
Yet you didn´t solve any of my tickets, you just answered that I asked before.
Hi @tumateix, apologies for directing you back to this thread. We’re trying to keep all threads in line with the issue and help us track it more efficiently.
That being said, I’d be glad to help you out in this thread. First, I would need the direct URL to your website to check and investigate further of this issue. Since downgrading to PHP7.4 from PHP8.0 wasn’t a solution for you. I’d also recommend updating the plugins to the latest versions.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best,
Abz
Hi @obtaindev, I’m curious if you’re using REDIS server-side caching. Some of our users are experiencing this, and we are currently working on a fix for this one.
The workaround is editing wp-config.php then, removing the following settings it works as expected:
'compression' => 'zstd',
'serializer' => 'igbinary',
Moreover, you could disable REDIS caching if that’s an option for you.
Let me know how it goes.
Best,
Abz

We are having the same issue with Redis cache. Commenting out those 2 lines crashes the entire site instead of just the events list.
Hi @kokomoweb, sorry to hear about this. Our team is currently working on this bug, and we do not have any other workaround for this yet. For now, we can only suggest disabling it not until we release a fix.
Apologies for the inconvenience here. Rest assured that we’d notify you in this thread whenever there are updates.
Best,
Abz

Hi there,
We’re back with good news for you.
Our developers fixed the issues between the Events Calendar and Object Cache!
Please update your Events Calendar plugin to version 6.0.3.1 to apply those fixes to your site.
Hi @obtaindev,
We haven’t heard from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any more questions.
