Hey @wikihelp360,
That issue should be fixed in the 1.5.0 version.
Hope that helps~
When I backed up my website with Duplicator – WordPress Migration Plugin my version was 1.4.7.2 now how can I fix this error? Please help me I don’t have any other backup.
Hey @wikihelp360
A few things you can try, have your host enable that function since it’s part of the PHP core https://www.php.net/manual/de/function.disk-free-space.php, the function can also be commented out in the source. If you don’t know how to do that you and you would like to submit a support ticket for this issue we can have a closer look at your setup. Please provide a link to this forum thread when submitting the ticket.
Hope this helps~
Hey @corylamleorg
Do you mean that my web hosting has disabled the “disk_free_space” core PHP function? Due to this, I am facing this error. I have to contact them and ask them to enable “disk_free_space” function. After that, I can restore my website without any error.
Hey @wikihelp360,
Yes, your host has disabled a core function, it’s very rare but some hosts think the function is a security risk for some strange reason. They should be able to help you disable it for just your site. There are some manual work-a-rounds but it would require editing the code. You could also install the package on a host that doesn’t perform that restriction and then upgrade to 1.5 which will help validate against that particular issue.
Hope that helps~
Yes, my web hosting company has told me that the “disk_free_space” core PHP function is disabled for security reasons.
Hey @wikihelp360,
You’ll need to submit a help ticket then and we can update your archive to skip that check. The support link should be above in an earlier thread. Be sure to link back to this forum thread.
Thanks
