    Hi there!

    I’m trying to install the plugin but there is an error message on activation:

    How can I fix it? It could be a problem with folder permission?

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I understood the issue you are having with. From the Stacktraces, it seems the issue is getting generated due to not having a file named CPT. I have tried to reproduce the issue in my development environment by installing the MetForm from the WordPress Repository but couldn’t be able to reproduce it.

    Would you please try again by keeping all the plugins deactivated except for the ElementsKit? If the installation goes well, that means there are plugin/s on your site that are conflicting with the MetForm. After activating the MetForm, start activating other plugins one by one. I hope it will help.

    But, if that doesn’t help, then please let us know the steps to reproduce the issue. If you can share the System Information of your site, that will be very much helpful. I will check and let you know an update as soon as possible. If you don’t want to disclose any sensitive information about your site(site name, Admin Email, etc.) then kindly remove that information before sharing the system info.
