Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: Error saving action

    I have installed this on several other sites without issues. However, on a new site, I am getting an error that triggers the critical error screen.

    Digging in (using the Query Monitor plugin) I see the following – and for what it is worth, we are not running WooCommerce on the site (accoutnname used to protect the guilty!):

    Hi @ptaubman,

    The error message suggests that your site is unable to create database tables required for the Action Scheduler library that is bundled within the WP Mail SMTP plugin. Please follow this troubleshooting guide to fix the issue.

    I’m a beginner about website building. I work on WordPress for 2 months nearly.

    Today I’ve got this message:

    I can see the homepage and the menu of my boss’s website. But as soon as I plan to open one of the pages from menu there is this message appears. I asked ionos 1&1 for a back up today but it looks like there is a problem with Sydney theme that I used for this website.

    How can I have my pages back please?

    Hi @cindy33,

    The error is likely due to corrupted information in the database. It looks like the error is while activating WPForms, but you can follow the same troubleshooting documentation to fix the issue. It will restore the missing database information.

    Hello @sanzeeb3 i have this problem with my page after trying to use the plugin wp-mail-smtp, I am a beginner with this and I am using google cloud and bitnami, I do not have a FTP or cPanel that help me, this is the error that shows in the last part of my page:

    I do not know if i have to write something or how to deactivate the plugin with ssh, the page is this https://www.mangooglamping.com/ and in there shows the error here are the other plugins i have installed and the page work fines before

    Hi @alejandro0,

    Please follow this documentation on the troubleshooting guide. You should have access to FTP if the site crashes again during troubleshooting. So, the recommended step is to contact your web host provider, ask them for FTP access and start troubleshooting.

    When follow the troubleshooting guide and active the “action sheduler” plugin the same error appears. It is impossible to resolve this issue.
