Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError

Hi,

I am building a website for college on a local server using xamp. I installed astra and elementor and have had no issues until now.
I was tying to import a block from astra starter templates for my home page and the importing kept going for nearly 30 mins. I closed it and tried to open the page to which i get the below message –

Other pages still appear to be working, i have turned all plugins off and the only one that appears to be the issue is the Elementor plug in as when this gets activated again, the error appears.
