Fatal Error Update to 5.0

Updating the plugins for my sites today and after updating Jetpack to 5.0, one ofthe sites has a fatal error.

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/username/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/sync/class.jetpack-sync-options.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/username/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/sync/class.jetpack-sync-module-full-sync.php on line 3

I have already deleted Jetpack and reinstalled it, with no change. I am using PHP 7 and had no problems with v4.8 and WordPress is up to date. I haven’t got a clue why it works on one site, but not the other.
