    I am installing Version 3.0.2 and it says “The plugin could not be activated because it has caused a fatal error.”

    =>Can’t use function return value in write context in /home2/xxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxxxx.com/xxxxx/wp-content/plugins/uncanny-learndash-toolkit/uncanny-learndash-toolkit.php on line 29

    It’s your PHP version. You must be running PHP 5.6 or higher, and ideally it should be 7.2 or higher.
