Fatal Error – Walker

I tried upgrading internally, it was buggy, and I couldn’t login to the admin control panel, since things seemed to work ok there, I downloaded a fresh copy of wordpress from ftp and now I have this error.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Walker_Page in /home/copykat/public_html/wp-includes/post-template.php on line 1062
