Fatal Error Website down

    At the moment i renamed the plugin on FTP so the Website can still works. The message that i got is:

    I am experiencing the same error here. An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 146 of the file /home/_______/public_html/_______/_______/wp-content/plugins/vc-tabs/Classes/Bootstrap.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function OXI_TABS_PLUGINS\Classes\is_plugin_active() in /home/_______/public_html/_______/_______/wp-content/plugins/vc-tabs/Classes/Bootstrap.php:146
