Fatal Error! What does this mean?

    When attempting to visit my new WP 1.5 site at http://www.goodadvice.name, I get this error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_bloginfo() in /home/content/j/o/h/johnhart63/html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 304

    What does this mean? Where should I start troubleshooting?

    It’s an indication that you have a problem connecting to your database. This can be caused by a database outage or misconfiguration. I had this problem for about 10 minutes yesterday when my host had some database issues, but it came back quickly. If your host isn’t having any problems, you need to make sure your database is configured properly. There’s a long thread on this error here.
