fatal error when activate

    when trying to activate the plugin, it gives this:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_textdomain_loaded() in …/wp-content/plugins/wp-hide-security-enhancer/include/functions.class.php on line 2114

    what could I do to make it work?
