Fatal error when activating

    Hi there,

    I’ve seen this plugin used and like the look of it a lot but unfortunately when I try and activate it I am receiving the error below:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /www.mysite.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/wp-product-review/inc/cwp_frontpage.php on line 1

    Would really appreciate it if you can help me resolve this.

    Did you upload the plugin through the WP Dashboard or via FTP?

    Hi Marius, I uploaded via FTP initially… does this make a difference and how so?

    It should not make a difference if you set Transfer Type to Binary. If you are using FileZilla, go to Transfer-> Transfer Type -> Binary and try again.

    Or you can simply upload it from your dashboard straight from ww.wp.xz.cn repository.
