I would love to try out the plugin to see if it fits my needs, but I fail to activate it for some reason I don’t quite understand. Hopefully it makes more sense to you than it does to me 😉

    Hi dear @bypr0xy.

We tested our plugin on a test site and it works fine from our side, so it’s a local issue. Can you tell us more details about the theme and plugins that you are using?

    We will check it.

    Thanks.

Sure – I’m using Themify Ultra as theme and a bunch of Themify plugins not really anything else. The site is very new, I’ve only just started to configure it.

    Dear @bypr0xy.

Unfortunately, we can’t test our plugin with all premium themes, but it works with the WordPress standard themes. So can you test our plugin on another test website, if you have such one?

We are sure, that this issue doesn’t come from our plugin.

Also, did you try to install other plugins(not from Themify)?

    Thanks.

Other plugin works perfectly fine on the site. But this particular fails to activate no matter the active theme. But it does work on another site with the same theme.

However the new site is using a higher version of PHP – could that be the case?

    Hi dear user.

Maybe it comes from the PHP version, we can’t say exactly, but our developers said that probably it is a SQL error and maybe some of your plugins don’t allow the creation of a new database.

You can try to disable your plugins one by one and activate our plugin each time you disabled a certain plugin. In this way, you can find out if there is a conflict with another plugin.

    Thanks.

    Dear @bypr0xy.

Did you find out the reason for this issue?

    Thanks.
