Fatal Error when activating Google Web Font Manager

Hey Community,

I’m a helpless WP-beginner not knowing anything about CSS etc. (I am trying to get thorugh it through tutorials)

When I am trying to activate the Google Web Font manager I receive the following error message

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /users/liebefeldt/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/google-web-fonts-manager-plugin/plugin-admin.php on line 516

I had to upload the Plugin manually via my FTP-client cause the plugin installer via the wordpress site isn’t working for me in general. When uploading the CSS manager maunally is worked though.
