Fatal error when I activate the plugin

    Hello. My website went down yesterday and I disabled plugins to investigate. It went back up, but crashed again when I activated WP Mail SMTP plugin. Do you have any idea why? WordPress is updated and was running smoothly until the crash. I did not change a thing yesterday. I would appreciate some help.

    Hi @mfosouto,

    It sounds like you have a plugin conflict between our plugin and another on your site. What you can do is enable the WordPress Debug Log to find out more about the fatal error. Often the log will capture the reason why the fatal error occurred, which can point to the cause of it.
