    Hi,

I have installed the Version 2.0.6 of the plugin, and when it updates to 2.1.0, the whole website crashes.

If I enter in recovery mode, it says:

A E_COMPILE_ERROR occurred on line 12 of the file /data/sites/web/neusfiguerascom/www/wp-content/plugins/header-footer-elementor/inc/lib/nps-survey/classes/nps-survey-script.php. Error message: Cannot declare class Nps_Survey, because the name is already in use.

I have tried reinstalling the plugin and the error appears again.

The only solution I’ve found is restoring to my last backup and deactivating the automatic update for this plugin.

Do you know how I can update the plugin without getting this error?

    Thanks!

    Hi @neusfi,

Thanks for reaching out! We’ve looked into the issue, and it seems it might be caused by older versions of plugins or themes on your site. Specifically, if you’re using the Starter Template plugin, please make sure it’s updated to the latest version. We’ve noticed this issue occurs on sites where the Starter Template plugin hasn’t been updated.

That said, this error shouldn’t happen even with older versions of plugins. Our developers are already working on a fix, and we’ll release an update as soon as possible to address this.

In the meantime, we suggest you to update the plugins and theme on your website to resolve fatal error.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work on resolving this!

    Kind regards,
    Ankush 🙂
