Fatal Error when trying automatic upgrade to 2.8.6

    I moved my site to a new server and got this message when I tried to upgrade to version 2.8.6 ( also with one plugin)

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2355506 bytes) in /home5/greatbo1/public_html/wp-includes/http.php on line 1324

    Anybody know how to fix this?
