Fatal error when trying to upload new plugin

    When I click on “upload new plugin”, I get the following fatal error message :

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_tiny_mce() in /home/architec/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-ad-manager/ad-minister.php on line 99

    Any ideas why?
