Deleting the plugin and reinstalling it does not seem to fix this, and the site is hosted by WordPress so I cannot access the wp-content file to make sure all of the plugin files are deleted.

    Hello @jjcs

Thanks for reaching out to us, we’re here to help.

First, please check the admin email account linked to your site, including the spam folder. WordPress should have automatically sent an email that allows you to temporarily disable the plugin that is causing the fatal error, so you can regain access to your admin dashboard in “recovery mode.”

    Once you have access:

    1. To help us investigate further, please share your system status report:
      • Navigate to WooCommerce / Status in your site’s admin panel.
      • Click Get system report and then Copy for support.
      • Paste the report into our PrivateBin and share the link here.
    2. Additionally, please perform a conflict test:
      • Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and PayPal Payments.
      • Check if the error still occurs.
      • If the error stops, reactivate the other plugins one by one and monitor when the error reappears. This will help identify any conflicting plugin.

We are waiting for your system report to proceed with the analysis.

    Kind Regards,
    Krystian

    Hello @jjcs

At the moment, the report doesn’t give us much to go on, especially because the PayPal Payments plugin isn’t installed. Please try the following:

    1. Temporarily disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and PayPal Payments.
    2. Reinstall and activate the latest version of PayPal Payments.
    3. Once that’s done, re-enable your plugins one by one.

Let us know which plugin triggers the fatal error once it’s reactivated. This will help us reproduce and address the issue more effectively.

    Kind Regards,
    Krystian
