What is the name of the theme with the problem?
There are quite a few themes with that name, but they all appear to be commercial themes. We ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.
Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
Ok – I have tried to find the Owner of the theme and have not been able to. I even chatted to our IT tech and he was not able to find any contact info or forums for them. This was really my last chance at finding an answer. I don’t know what else to do.
Where did you acquire the theme from? What is the developer or company’s name on the theme?
I’ve googled it – I think the website it came from was called Flexitheme.com
But there is no contact/developer I can find there.
It was set up before I started maintaining it. It’s about 5 years old… But it looks like I have the latest version.
If it’s that old, and the developers have disappeared, it’s probably time for a new theme.
You might be able to find something similar to what you have using the Feature Filter at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/browse/new/
Those are all free to use, and I recommend sticking to themes less than 2 years old.
