This if from my woocommerce error log

I am getting notices from wordpress built in feature notifying me of a “fatal error”

Obviously it is related to my recaptch but i am unable to identify what is causing the error. In my testing, the recaptcha appears to be working and there are no noticeable issues. Just wondering if anyone has run into this issue as i cannot find any forums on it.

    Thanks

  • Hi @sonymian,

Thanks for sharing the detailed error log; that’s very helpful. Since the error is coming from the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin’s reCAPTCHA module, we’ll need a bit more information to investigate this properly.

Could you please share your System Status Report?

You can get a System Status Report by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report, then paste it into https://pastebin.com or https://gist.github.com

    Also, please let us know:

    • Whether this error appears when editing orders in the admin, during checkout, or both
    • If this started happening after a recent update to WordPress, WooCommerce, or the PayPal Payments plugin

Once we have this information, we can look into whether this is a compatibility issue or a known bug.

There is no error that i can recreate. The pages seem to work fine for me when I test. My recaptcha v3 notice shows. It does not throw the V2 checkbox for me to test – I am too human!

I am assuming this is what you need for the gist

    Its kinda new to me….

    Thanks

Sorry forgot to answer your question about timing…

I implemented the WooCommerce Paypal Payments ReCAPTCHA. Tested it thoroughly. Have had a lot of orders go through without issue…. but right away I started getting the notice from WordPress that my site was experiencing technical issues and that i had fatal errors from woocommerce paypal payments

    Thanks again

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing more details about the issue. Since the problem you’re facing is related to the WooCommerce PayPal Payments ReCAPTCHA feature, please note that in this forum we only provide support for WooCommerce core features.

For issues related to the PayPal Payments plugin, support is handled here:
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce-paypal-payments/

Could you please create a ticket there and include the System Status Report in your thread as well?

Also, I can see that you shared the system status above, but it wasn’t copied correctly it contains a lot of HTML <div> tags, which makes it unreadable. Please make sure to copy the report properly before sharing it with the PayPal Payments support team.

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back in a bit, so I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved for now. If you’d like to pick things back up later, we’re just a message away!

Apart from this, if you have a moment, we’d really appreciate a review: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/#new-post
