I don’t see an error on your site right now, but if you’re getting the same error as the previous folks in the other thread, then this server fix should still apply.
Please pass this on to your web host’s server admin or support unless you’re in charge of this.
The “simple_html_dom.php” library in the plugin is necessary to parse and detect images throughout your content to mark for adding hover buttons, below image buttons, etc. throughout.
“Call to undefined function mb_detect_encoding()” from this library means the mbstring() extension to PHP is not installed on the server.
It should be a pretty easy one line configuration for your admin.

The official WordPress server recommendations also apply.

Hopefully that helps.
Marking resolved since we haven’t heard back in a while.
Feel free to start a new thread if needed.
FYI, with the new update from WordPress and your plugin, I gave it a try and it appears all is in working order now. Thanks!!
Happy to hear it’s resolved!
P.S. If you get a chance would you mind leaving a plugin review (if you haven’t already)? It helps a ton. Thanks!
