Fatal error wp-settings line 30

    Was struggling with WordPress wp-login redirect loop so decided to do a clean install. Deleted all files and database then re-downloaded WordPress, followed 5 Min Install. Went to site homepage for setup and got this:

    Warning: require(/home/content/80/11613480/html/beckyladley/wp-includes/version.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/80/11613480/html/beckyladley/wp-settings.php on line 30

    Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/content/80/11613480/html/beckyladley/wp-includes/version.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php’) in /home/content/80/11613480/html/beckyladley/wp-settings.php on line 30

    Not sure what to do. Line 30 is this:
    require( ABSPATH . WPINC . ‘/version.php’ );

    Help please 🙂
