Fatal Errors from Version 2.0.0

We’re able to replicate the issue on all sites we tested including in a local development environment using a freshly created site. We’re not upgrading from a previous version either. Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new WordPress site
2. Install WP Connectr 2.0.0
3. Activate plugin and observe the error message
