Hi Vakantie Ameland,
There is absolutely no reason why the code may fail on this line unless not all files are in place. Please try to completely delete plugins/advanced-access-manager folder and reupload all files again.
Keep me updated.
Regards,
Vasyl
All the files are in place. I’ve downloaded the zip file and activated the plugin. No error this time. So what went wrong the first time??
But the “Access Manager” window still keeps having the moving circle and nothing does appear. Deleted all cache, but still no menus
Looks like one of the core file were missing (most likely it did not transfer during manual upload).
If you still have the spinning circle it means that you either have some sort of javascript error on your page, or there is some other PHP error in your error log.
You can give us your admin credentials and will debug it on your website. Our email [email protected]

Hi Vasyl
When looking at the error console in the browser this is the message now:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
..URL../wp-content/aam/extension/Utilities/js/bootstrap-toggle.min.js.map
And when I look on the server this file isn’t there either.
Hey Vakantie Ameland,
Delete wp-content/aam/extension folder and reinstall all extensions again.
Keep me updated.

Vasyl
Deleted the folder. Recreated the folder Copied over the Utilities extension from a working installation and still the same error
Clicking on the “Manage Role” wheel solved the rotating circle issue. The menus are there again. Looking in the logs the 404 error happens in every working AAM installation on other wordpress, so it can be ignored for this issue
Hi Vakantie Ameland,
Thank you for the update! Great feedback.
Best regards,
Vasyl
