    Hello,

This message showed up when I accessed my admin page:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare getURL() (previously declared in /home/cyczqtbe/public_html/index.php:6) in /home/cyczqtbe/public_html/wp-blog-header.php on line 1

I don’t have any wordpress document on the site to my computer to add/remove .php
I just took over the website because the previous designer dichted it and not only that I don’t have the root files, I don’t know where to begin to solve the problem.

Please if you can lead me step by step to recover the page. Thank you in advance. And I don’t understand why I can’t even log in to my wp.admin page.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @zoomon,

    I hope you’re doing well!

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare getURL() (previously declared in /home/cyczqtbe/public_html/index.php:6) in /home/cyczqtbe/public_html/wp-blog-header.php on line 1

The error looks like not related to the Hustle plugin. On your site, at the moment a 500 error showing up. This usually happens when there is a conflict with another plugin.

Please access your site folder via FT or a File Manager. Go to the /wp-content/ directory and rename plugins to plugins-deactivate.

See if your site will be loading. If the 500 error will be gone, create a new folder called plugins. Move the plugins files one at a time or in groups from plugins-deactivate to plugins folder. Every time check if the 500 error will be back. Once the error is back the last moved plugin is the one that causes the issue.

Please make sure, if you will log in to admin dashboard during this test, not to open the Plugins menu.

Before running the above test, please have a full site backup, so in case if something will go wrong you can always restore your site back.

Let us know how it went!

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
