Hi, I can’t get my favicon to show for the life of me! I have uploaded to my hostgator account and tried too edit my wordpress header, read the tutorials and still nothing. Hope someone can help, thanks!

How long ago did you make the changes? It can often take a few days for the favicon to start showing up in the browser tab.

Ok well just to make sure I’m not waiting aimlessly, here’s what I did. I uploaded a favicon.ico to hostgator. and i also edited my wordpress template header.php and put this code below the </head> tag. I got these details here but still nothing so guess I’ll wait and see: http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Creating_a_Favicon
