    Hi there,

Can you please provide us some screenshot of the favicon and where it is located when you disable optimole?

    Thank you!

The favicon is attached, and when I logged in, I could see the favicon in my browser tab, but it was not visible publicly; it was before optimal. You can access the website URL and see that you won’t be able to see any favicon in the browser tab, but here in the SS, you can see I can see this when I am logged in to the dashboard.

I’ve submitted the form please check.

    Hi,
I just looked at the webpage code as a logged-out user and I don’t even see a mention of the favicon in the page HTML: https://i.imgur.com/NiKRDn3.jpeg

As far as I know, this plugin doesn’t have a capability to remove HTML from webpages. It might be possible that the system that you are using to add the favicon, it is only getting added when the user is not logged-in.

    Hi,
Yes I am able to see them now and sorry for my previous reply. I can see the reason behind the problem. Basically, all your favicon images are being served over Optimole URL, but when visiting those URL like: https://mlw3lolyks3q.i.optimole.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/favicon-berryboost.ico it is giving 404 not found error, which is why you are not seeing the favicon.

I don’t see a reason why .ico files will be served through Optimole, thanks for dropping the email, I am sure the team will look into it and fix it asap.
