favicon issue

    When we create an ad on the home page it removes our favicon from the home page tab or the browser. However, it works on all the other pages.

    Please help

    Hi googleman23,

    Thanks for reporting your issue.

    Currently, I cannot see any ads on your homepage injected with Advanced Ad and the favicon is still not there. Can you please confirm that there is no Advanced Ads ad unit on the homepage at the moment, or did I miss it?

    At the top of the home page you have the Activision and Blizzard photos. This is the short code: [the_ad id=”102912″]

    Hi googleman23,

    You issue is uncommon. Can you please provide more information about how you integrate your fav icon, e.g., with a theme function or manually?

    Does the same issue appear when you move the ad from the top area down into the footer?

    Do you have any information for me about how you embed the favicon and could you meanwhile test placing this ad unit at the page’s bottom?
