Favicon setup is not atomic

When the user creates his favicon on RFG and goes back to his WP dashboard, the favicon installation can fail for some reasons. When it happens, the setup can be partly executed. In particular, if the plugin fails to download the favicon package, the HTML code is still installed, whereas the referenced pictures are not here.

The plugin should install the favicon atomically: either the favicon is completely installed, or it is not installed at all.
