FB feed not working

    Having trouble with feed them social for fb and instagram feed. I created a new access token and it says it’s valid but i get #100 error.

    Hi @alexwebnorway,

    Sorry for the delayed response. This could be several things…

    1. Please be sure you are running the latest version of Feed Them Social (currently 2.8.9)

    2. The accounts need to be public

    3. For Facebook, it needs to be a FB Business Page in which you have Admin privileges for (can not be a FB personal, group, event or Community Page… Business Page only).

    4. For Instagram, you will need to have the login credentials for your (or your client’s) IG account. (It does sometimes help to have the IG account logged into in another browser tab).

    5. When in the WordPress dashboard, in the Feed Them > Facebook Options, you need to login through your personal FB account, the prompts will return any/all of the FB Business Pages that you have admin privileges for.

    6. Once the prompts have returned you to WordPress, click on the account you wish to display and then click the Save button.

    7. You can then go to Feed Them > Settings to generate a shortcode
