FB not updating

Thanks for creating this plug! One of the best plugins I have ever used!

It used to work perfectly for a month or two (I would have been happy if it updated the counters more frequently, but otherwise, it was perfect).

However, 2 weeks ago, the FB Counter froze and has never changed since then.
I read all of your FAQ and support forums, I tried every trick I could think of and waited >1 day each time to see if the cache is cleaned and the counter restarts, I uninstalling, I tried putting in a new FB Page ID (for a completely different FB Page…), I changed the my FB Page ID in my Theme’s settings for 1> day, I deleted and recreated my FB App ID, I tested my FB App ID on other plugins, Everything I could think of to clear the cache and restart yielded no results and my FB is still frozen.

Please can you advise?

It is a page, no a group, I don’t know if it has something to do here, because it counts “fans”, and/or “likes”?

it could be good idea to have a video, demo on your site to be clear about these point and to show how to proceed, it takes time, but at the end it saves time…

Sorry i am confused at this point, but sometimes the easiest thing it comes particularly complex.

Thanks for this very cool plugin!

I also encounter difficulties with Facebook count. I setup your plugin with the Facebook page ID that I find in the FB edit page : 560785447265365 for http://www.facebook.com/barrelcollection and it doesn’t work. I really don’t understand.

I also try with your test link and it doesn’t work http://api.facebook.com/restserver.php?method=facebook.fql.query&query=SELECT%20fan_count%20FROM%20page%20WHERE%20page_id=560785447265365
